Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with tags and labels attached.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.

Non-Returnable Items:

Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

Fill out the Return form to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will guide you through the return process,
Package the item(s) securely.
Ship the item(s) using a trackable and insured shipping method. Keep the tracking information for your records.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchange Process:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
